Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Order processing times depend on the type of your order. Anti-fatigue and progressives lenses are special orders that require custom production by our partner laboratories.
*Note that these time-frames are approximations, we will process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, certain delays in delivery may be out of our control due to special circumstances affecting our couriers.
Expect an email within 24 hours to confirm your order has been placed. As soon as your order ships, another email will be sent to let you know your order is on the way!
Please note: Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At BenOptical, we offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS (unless specified otherwise).
We currently only offer delivery to :
-Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwestern territories, îles-de-la-Madeleine, and other remote locations)
and
the United States (Mainland + Alaska & Hawaii).
We do not ship outside of the mentioned locations at this time. We currently do not ship to PO boxes.
Orders are generally shipped using our partner couriers (UPS, Canada Post, United States Post Service). Tracking information is provided when possible and is included in the shipment confirmation email.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. We cover the cost of return shipping and provide the return shipping label.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@benoptical.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
